Before moving into general practice in 2021, Dr Lucas built her clinical experience across some of Perth’s busiest and most respected hospitals, as visible below:
Her hospital career included diverse rotations in paediatrics, children’s emergency departments, obstetric care, gynaecology, coronary care units, intensive care, cardiology, and general emergency medicine. She also gained valuable experience in a wide range of surgical specialties, including orthopaedic surgery, plastic surgery, general surgery, transplant surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery. This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of managing both acute and chronic conditions, and of the complex care pathways patients often navigate across hospital and community settings.
